Hope nothing but the best for Vrabel. We go way back. Our families have been friends since before either of us were around.

I've seen Mike's S.B. rings, look even better in person. Is it alright if I jump on the Pats bandwagon while he's the HC?

Well its certainly okay to support more than one team. Sort of an 1A 1B thing
I've never understood resentment over the "band waggon" fan. There are many reasons to enjoy something. In wamu's case, loyalty to someone you know is a pretty good one.

Could be that they are involved and supportive as long as the team plays well and has winning seasons, but they get really cranky and disappear when things are rough. Sort of like this forum. There are about ten or twelve guys and gals that have been here, year round since the second round of championships started in 2014. They've never gone away. A few stuck until BB left and others chimed in from time to time and haven't been back since. My guess is that a bandwagon fan loses interest very easily.

I also rooted for the Titans when Vrabel was the HC.

I'm only gonna watch Tar Heel Football now!!!!

As long as you don't watch dook it's all good. Got family that went to Carolina. Was told at a young age rooting for that team in Durham is a bad idea.

I'm not sure Welker was ever a "Patriot guy". Being a good contributor isn't the lone definition. He got caught shooting his mouth off, left for basically the same money out of spite (the "same money" invalidated his reason for spite), and hung TB out to dry for his costly SB flub.
And took Aquib Talib out of the AFCCG with a nasty pick.

Depends...

If a serious trashtalker Cowboys fan from the 90's becomes a Pats fan after 2003/2004 and turns to a Giants fan in 2011, to become a Pats fan again in 2016 and is now a Chiefs fan...???

No, that's a bandwagon fan I can do without.

But is that a bandwagon fan or a garden variety asshole?
