Can you imagine that Bo had our guys running wind sprints and stairs with wads of chew in their mouth?

It's no surprise that half of our players were fat and slow.

I'm starting to feel as though the amount of alcohol and pop I've drank has led me to a bad place health-wise. You wouldn't be able to tell by just looking at me, but I can feel it inside.

I think instead of going up to 200 lbs I'm going to try to get down to 175. Just so I can feel good again.

My problem is lack of activity and bread. Everything is a damn sammich to me. Have begun increasing my water intake and eliminating sugars. I just so fucking fat..... I think I'd be better off eating a bullet and hoping for a decent reincarnation.

Yeah, I did it a couple of years ago, cut a hundred pounds, then moved and shit fell apart. I'm actually pretty good at the whole weight loss thing. I'm just lazy as fuck anymore.

i just need to work out. I'm sitting at 240 and would love to get down to 200. would love even more to get back into shape and get into a basketball league. I miss playing ball.

problem is with the young kids, just not enough time in the day to get up to the gym. i get home from work at like 6pm, play with the kiddos and make dinner so they can be in bed by 8pm, then usually just relax. I want to get a treadmill or elliptical in our basement, but my wife has it full of crap so no room for it.

Seriously, the elliptical is the best thing I ever bought. You still have to discipline yourself to do it but I'm the same way. I am out at 5 in the morning to go to work, Back at 5 and usually cook dinner. It's easy to throw something in the oven and go exercise. Then the wife gets done working (works at home) andfinishes up dinner while I'm getting a shower.

Works sweet as pie as long as I get my ass on it. That is the most difficult part.

it's crap to me. mostly sewing stuff. she's a seamstress and costume maker and has a ton of supplies in our basement.

I'd love to buy an elliptical, but I'd need one of those big boy machines which are pricey. Then I'd be afraid it would just sit there. I do love using the elliptical though so maybe it would be put to good use.
