So it's already been announced that Schottenheimer will call plays. I guess that was one of Jerry's rules to get the job so he can pay an OC a little less. One of the big problems with McCarthy was being unable to handle play calling and game management at the same time. I hope we are completely overhauling the offense and not just running out the same stale scheme

Ken Dorsey would be the biggest ass whip hire of all for me.

picture Lurch from the Adams Family TV series... for those that can..
Yeah, just reading they were considering him for OC was a little bit of a gut punch.

People in AZ definitely upset over losing Adams. Seem to think he did an incredible job there as ol coach. I really knew nothing about this guy but the more you hear the better this hire seems

Overstreet played on the greatest scoring Texas high school football team ever. Well known RB who went on play at OU.
question becomes.... how his he received by the players. People skills has trumped everything in coaching.
X's & O's are a dime a dozen.

I like what I see going on so far. Will those fools improve the roster and they got to spend on outside free agents. Bring Lewis back, Turp back and maybe Osa.

In business Jerry steps in sh*t and turns it into resale fertilizer with a 19.99 a bag price tag. I would give that man my last $10 knowing I would most likely get a $100 back in business. However the Problem is other than 5-6 years 30 plus years ago non of that has translated to the football side of the team.
Im rooting for the $19.99 bag to spread over to the football side every year.
That is a hell of a way to look at it.

I am so soured on his football operation. He should have been smart enough to let football people do their job and he could do his thing of being an industry leader. He brought in a new era of $$ to football. If he focused on that, we might have a few more plus optimism when we have a down year.
