that and the blissful ignorance of the Wentz fanboys. There was talk of multiple SBs, multiple mvps, 15 year careers, etc. History has not been kind to them.

Not only did they not see what all of us saw but they ran everyone out of town who dared to say anything bad about or challenge wentz AND they gave him 100M dollars when they didn’t have to. The team still controlled him under his rookie deal. They thought they were saving money by extending him early. Instead, they end up with largest dead money cap hit in the history of the league.

Only the Eagles can win a SB in the fashion they did and fuck it up for years to come.
