He’s probably getting lots of residuals for being an Ewok in RotJ.

His best role was as Willow in Willow imo.
Looking at his filmography.... and this is a bit of a stretch because I don't believed he played the voice, but Marvin from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy was fucking hilarious.

A robot with depression (I believe voiced by the late Alan Rickman)... I thought it was funny at least.

Midnight Mass on Netflix.

Do yourself a big fat favor and go into this series cold ...do not do any research.
This is a very slow developing series with some long bouts of dialogue. (great cast & acting)

That is only a problem when the pay off is not worth it ....trust me, it's worth it.
I have done 6 of the 7 episodes ...so I can't give it my final verdict but it's very good so far.

Brilliant out of the box thinking on this.

.

Just finished, absolutely loved it. I can see it not being for everyone but I really appreciated a lot about this one. I don't want to give anything away so I'll wait until more of the board has watched to discuss.

Llamageddon. I can’t even do this movie justice on how bad but entertaining this is.

2 episodes in on Midnight Mass and it's great so far. I don't mind the slow burn at all as long as what's there keeps your attention, and this does. Some interesting character building with the Father, the sheriff, that fucking twat at the church, and even the town drunk.

Feels like I can kind of see where it's headed, which is fine. A lot of
Salem's Lot
vibes. Don't tell me if I'm right or wrong there.

" that fucking twat at the church"

If the actress who plays her saw that comment ... she would tell you that is the best compliment you could giver her.

Her performance in this is what brings out that emotion.

Agreed, especially on your spoiler. I just finished episode 4 Saturday night. And HO-LEE-CHIT.... man I was not expecting that ending. But after just episode 4 I have an entirely different take than where I think this was headed after episode 2.

It lost my wife about 3 episodes in (she was too bored with it) but I'm loving the story. Yea its dialog heavy as @R.J. MacReady stated, but at least you get the overall sense of building a story instead of just being confused & bored. It's like reading a great book. It keeps answering & provoking just the right amount of questions within each episode. If its anything like Haunting of HIll House, then this will undoubtedly start to up the ante. Only 7 episodes total and still a lot to figure out in just 3 remaining episodes. Can't wait

Yeah obviously. That character is a kunt, not the actress.

Finished it and absolutely loved it. Great balance of religious themes, especially at the end, and the blending of religion with horror lore was perfect.

I also loved some of the exploration of death/the afterlife, some of which aligned with some thought I've had myself.

The actor playing Father Hill is incredible. He carries the show until shit hits the fan, which doesn't happen until half way at the earliest. Even after he commands the scenes he's in.
