Yes-VA theres a convenience store a few towns over that sells them but i've had them at a bunch of different locations.

love the cajun and garlic flavored.

We can get, and I do use, their box mixes and I know I've seen their brand of different fish fry's that come in the little bags, but don't know that I've seen that.....

I get it at the local grocery store. They keep it and other seasonings in the fresh seafood dept.

It's good. The trick is to adjust the amount of salt you put in to taste. I've had people over and under salt the peanuts when boiling them.

Yeah - judgment, patience, and low heat. If you've never had them, when they're cooked properly, the peanut is slowly cooked to a really soft texture, and there's a sweet spot - it's not the same experience if they're even a little too firm.
