When you have Love/Lebron/IRving on the same team you ARE stacked. Sorry to tell you.. Theres just no way around that.

And Warriors are stacked too.. But there is still NO EXCUSE for the Cavs to go out in 5 games.

at the end of the day, Warriors don't have much (if any) more talent than Cleveland does. In fact probably less. KD/Curry are future HOFers. But the Cavs big 3 have THREE future HOF'ers.

Man it takes real dedication for you to post something even dumber than your usual, but you fought hard and you made it happen. Bravo.

Shhh.

He doesn't know that Klay and Dray are better than Kyrie and Love. Hell, Iggy might be better than the Cavalier version of Love.

The only way Klay and Dray don't make the HOF is if they both fall off a cliff really soon. All star Caliber players on teams that win multiple titles usually end up in the HOF. They should get at least 1 or 2 more rings.

ROFLMAO.. So Klay "no show" Thompson and Green are better than Irving/Love now??? :L:L:L

LeTots are shook and in denial. You're boy just can't handle quality finals teams and isn't a leader, leading by example. . Admit it already. There is NO EXCUSE for Lebron letting his team lose in 5 games. Maybe if he was an actual LEADER leading by example on defense, Cavs would have 3-peated already. But if you refuse to play defense all year, expect your team to follow your lead.

Yes.

Remember last season?

When Curry got hurt, Klay and Dray led the team through the first round and to 3 wins in the second round before Curry returned. How many playoff games have Kyrie and Love won without LeBron? Hell, how many regular season games have Kyrie and Love won without LeBron?

Kyrie is a lot of style without much substance. Love is similar In Terms of impact on his team. Klay and Dray are the exact opposite. They are winners. Their full contribution is not shown in their stat lines.

But, you would have to know something about basketball to comprehend that.

Again, to put this in proper perspective:

Klay and Dray won more playoff games without Curry in 2016 than Kyrie and Love have won regular season games without LeBron in 3 full seasons. Think about that for a minute. Let it sink in.

A quick stat On why you cant just look at championship wins:

"Each of Lebron James' 8 NBA Finals opponents had a better net effiency than the best team MJ EVER faced."

MJ played in a defense dominated era. Efficiency only takes steals and blocks into account. Not overall defense.

Pretty sure it involved offensive rating and defensive rating. Takes everything into account. You must be talking about defensive efficiency or defensive rating idk

Kyrie/Love played with complete tomato can teams. So theres nothing to let "sink in".

Warriors have a host of depth and talent outside of their big guns the last 3 years. . Wolves/Cavs didn't have shit .

LOL.

Took you 4 days to come back with that?

Kyrie and Love are stat stuffers. Klay and Dray are team players who do all the little things that the prior two are above doing.

Put it like this. If Cleveland traded Kyrie and Love for Klay and Dray, the two teams would be dead even. Cleveland might Even be better than GS.

Whoever thought the Cleveland team we just watched in these Finals and the 2015 Finals was "stacked", should see a therapist right away

When Iman Shumpert, Richard Jefferson, Kyle Korver, Deron Williams, JR Smith and Tristan Thompson are seeing major minutes on any team, the last word that should be used to describe that roster is "stacked".........Thats without even mentioning the 2015 Finals team where Matt Dellavadova was literally the teams 2nd best scorer

Guess you forgot about Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love. The Cavs were stacked. The Warriors just outstacked them. It really is that simple.

It's flawed logic to focus largely on finals record, cbecause it treats a finals loss as worse than losing in an earlier round. Weighing finals wins heavily is fine, but penalizing a player for a finals loss doesn't make sense when you're not penalizing them if they didn't make the finals.

Better to make the finals and lose than not make the finals at all....your logic that focuses heavily on finals record says the reverse..

Finals losses also count. If they don't, then why is Kareem not the GOAT?

Kareem:

10 finals appearances
6-4 Finals record
2 Finals MVP's (including one at age 38)
6 regular season MVP's
19 All Star games
10 All NBA first teams
Rookie of the Year

etc. etc. (the list of accomplishments is amazing)

And he's the all time leading scorer.

There is no way you watched Kevin Love in that finals, and than watched the way Draymond and Klay played, and thought "Yeah, same thing"

He looked just awful on Family Feud, but Ralph Sampson looked worse

Never said I did. But that doesn't change the fact that the Cavs were stacked. Just because the Warriors were more stacked, doesn't mean the Cavs weren't stacked.

Dis-agree (respectfully).........IMO Love is just a name now, not a much better player, if at all, than Andre Igoudala, the Warriors 6th man.....And thats even without mentioning the slew of awful players on that Cleveland roster.....To me, its still Kyrie and Lebron, and if we want to consider that stacked because those 2 are so good, maybe so

There was one poster, can't remember who, that claimed Love was dominating Draymond Green in the series after game 4. I LOL'd pretty hard at that. Love did have one really good game though.

He did, but the unpredictability of his game, what to expect from game to game, eliminates him from any conversation for me, as being considered a "3rd superstar" on that team

Disagree on Love. I think he's on the wrong team. He needs a team that moves the ball. He hasn't forgotten how to play. The Cavs just don't know how to use him consistently.

Or maybe, better stated, they don't know how to play to his strengths without diminishing the strengths of Kyrie and Lebron.

As I've said before, Love didn't forget how to play when he went to Cleveland. He's just the "square peg" in that offense.

When you have 3 stars and 2 of them are ball dominant, the 3rd guys numbers are going to suffer. The same thing happened to Bosh in Miami. The difference is that Bosh also played defense and added a little bit of rebounding.

Love doesn't bring the defense to the Cavs that Bosh did to the Heat. But he does bring more rebounding.

Does it possibly mean though that he isnt a winning player?

Sure, he could shine in a losing situation in Minny, but is it on him a bit that he cant blend into a winning team?
