Would you rather have Smith trying to go downfield up by 9 or down by 1? I'd rather try to build his confidence with a lead rather than depend on late game heroics.

Right now we're not playing to win, we're playing not to lose. Which ironically is exactly how you lose.

How about giving the Seahawks some credit instead of criticizing every play call? They're playing great.

And there you go. Three straight pass plays and a 3 and out.

At least they made an effort there. Still, too many one and two yard passes. I'm sure Harbaugh has his reasons but it is still frustrating to watch.

There were at least two different blocks in the back on that play.

We've ran the ball more on 3rd down than we've passed it. That's not an aggressive WCO.

This play calling is pathetic. Smith's decisions are pathetic. Im surprised we are winning

Maybe Smith is too scared to throw down the field? Maybe no one is open down the field? Maybe the Seahawks are playing great defense? Or is it all on the play calling?

Clyde don't be blinded by your hatred of Smith man. You call that three straight passes? Two at the line of scrimmage. Third Alex ran on. And give them credit for what?

Disagree. The safety was closer to the ball than Davis was.

If the safety was more interested in the ball than jarring Vernon, it probably would have been an INT. That was a bad pass by Smith. But, VD absolutely quit.

Cam Newton broke Manning's rookie week one passing yards record. Cam is at 315 right now. Manning had 302.

Because Davis pulled up. I thought the ball itself was similar to one Vick threw earlier today that was referred to as a "perfect" throw. I wouldn't say either was perfect, far from it, but Davis could have put a hand on that if he followed through IMO.

If we're not comfortable with Smith throwing downfield, we broke camp with the wrong QB's.
