yeah, not a good one on niemi, but then again, the sharks continue their total ineptitude offensively and lack of discipline....

it's time for thornton and heatley to provide some offense. in 20 combined man-games, they have a total of 6 points, with a total of 2 goals and only one real one (non- EN). It's amazing that the sharks have managed to win so many games without those two, but it's time for them to get going... In the long run, this team will go nowhere if those two dont produce big time...

The arena was like a library until that fucking stupid goal there. The Sharks do a great job of minimizing their opportunities to seize control of a game. This one is another PRIME example.

One positive is that Bryan Allen should be out most of the rest of the game. That's huge.

Let's hope the Sharks can take advantage of that in the 3rd, which was about the only positive from the 2nd period.

Ironically, Florida is a pretty good faceoff team despite the standings. This is where the Sharks really miss Malhotra, like with that faceoff loss that led to NJ's GW goal on Friday.

the captain is -2 and completely ineffective again. poor patty, on the wing with pavs he was getting lots of chances and producing, but whoever is placed with jumbo its quickly rendered useless.

jumbo's line is struggling again... tmac needs to mix it up and keep jumbo on the bench the rest of the game.
