They did. In the 49th round as a draft and watch (and as a first baseman). My guess would be Fister, but I don't remember the Giants drafting him.
NopeAaron?
Aaron?
I am an 18 time All-Star. Played for two teams in my 19 year career. ROY and later an MVP. Four playoffs, and the Orioles knocked me out three times, the Brewers once. Never played in a WS.
I am not Jewish.
I would guess this player to be in the AL for at least part of his career and probably played between the 60s and 80s. However, most of the guys I'm thinking of played for more than two teams. I feel like the answer will be obvious, but, of course, I will miss it.I am an 18 time All-Star. Played for two teams in my 19 year career. ROY and later an MVP. Wait, why aren't you guessing an answer?Hah - clever guess. Closer than you think, but in an obscure way.
Venture forth an answer, and if the mods don't like it, they can let you know.If I'm not a Giants fan can I play? lol been watching and enjoying this
Carew is famously Jewish (unless there is some kind of odd loophole in the clue)...my guess would be Rod Carew. I know he made a ton of all-star teams, not sure if it's 18 or not. Or if he's Jewish or not.
I was wondering this as well. Maybe he looked it up, so is taking himself out of the competition??Wait, why aren't you guessing an answer?

Because I cheated. That is a no-no for any lurkers out there.Wait, why aren't you guessing an answer?
Carew was "outed" as a Jew in an Adam Sandler parody song. The "outing' was strictly a spoof - probably needed his name to rhyme something else, like "Jew" maybe?.Carew is famously Jewish (unless there is some kind of odd loophole in the clue)...

I will guess Carlton Fisk.
