Gonna have to think harder about this one though. The first real guess that came to mind was Randy Johnson in the 2001 World Series, but they won that in a walk off. More known for one of the biggest blown saves. Hmm..

Only after SFGRTB's "thinking outside of the box" comment got me thinking further out then glove work.
