Okay, here goes:

A 1st round pick by the Mariners
Won 19 games in a year he walked 100 batters (didn't even sniff the Cy Young that year)
Traded three times before becoming a free agent
Pitched for 7 different teams (all 7 were toward the end of his 13 year career)
Teammates included Deion Sanders, Barry Larkin and Adrian Gonzalez.
Batterymates include Kirt Manwaring, Charles Johnson and Mike Piazza.

I like the Deion Sanders shout on Super Bowl Sunday.

Its Shawn, but correct! Looks like its your turn.

Deion was intentional since he played football, but my brain never connected that to the Super Bowl today.

Mike Mussina....one of my favorite pitchers of this era. Joined the Yanks after they won...I just loved how he went about his business.

Damn it, tried to leave it just vague enough! I thought it was interesting how he pitched for the Yankees for so many years, but never won a title.

They were good clues, I just know a lot about him because I admired him from afar. Wish he had signed with the Giants back in the day.

Hell, we could've used him at the time. But we got Jason Schmidt mid-season instead, which was still cool.
