Sometimes people have to learn under the worst circumstances. You never know how good you are at something until the threat is in your face.

How many people get a chance to practice killing people in live combat?? You got gotta jump right in. Can't stick a toe in to get a 'feel' for it.

I don’t envy Mayo fer sure … too many parts unknown and unproven …I remember Belichick saying he didn’t know his team until November … and he seldom had the instability as this team

First series was horrible. Van Pelt has to do much better. Instead of a straight dive by Gibson on the first play, be a liitle creative and have Maye throw a very short play action pass. Defense was fully expecting that run and again on 2nd down. Third down was a pass that everyone knew he was going throw because it was the first shotgun. Hate being so negative on the first series, but they might as well have just punted on first down/

Defense is getting burned on every pass CJ is 7/8.

The amount of penalties is amazing. So undisciplined. Although the first one wasn’t a penalty.

Ok AVP can you run some play action or at least get some receivers in motion. They can't separate, we already know that.
