I see the trend The Browns went to playoffs 5 out of 6 years and won division multiple times with Kosar. BB knows better and puts in Testaverde and fails in Cleveland. Josh goes to the Broncos and drafts Tebow and is fired. Josh goes to the Rams and they have the worst offensive scoring team, since BB's team today. Of course he goes to Raiders has issues with Carr, replaces with Jimmy G, he get fired and they just score 70 points with a backup.- Flores goes to Miami, has issues with Tua, almost ruins him like Mac and gets fired. They bring in a young OC coach who the players love and Miami is doing well and Tua is playing great.

Moral is this isnt the pre-2000's , offense rules, don't have to be a dictator, draft towards offense, treat others respectfully and team will back you up.
