Good game Pats. Too many mistakes at the wrong time cost the game. After getting whipped in the opening minutes, team showed they can compete. That was good enough for me.

Penalties and a terrible start beat NE. I was pleasantly surprised by the over all performance against the reigning NFC champs.

Oline, patched together actually played well against a good front 7.

I feel better about this team and after the loss.

Let's go win a division game.

Jake Elliot the Eagles kicker scored more than the Eagles offense yesterday.

BB doesn't have the trust in Ryland ....... yet.

He probably didn’t go for the FG because he felt there was a good chance the Eagles would run out the clock and not fumble like they did. So, really…. he had to go for it on 4th down. If you don’t have confidence in your kicker… find another kicker.

So I did not get this game I got the Phins and Bolts which was a great game. I pretty much styed tuned to the NFL Network coverage I at least get snippets of the game. Not making excuses the early pick six looked like it was pouring was it a bad throw or did the ball just get away from him? Seems like the Pats fought hard and had a chance to win it.

Ill say this, if the Phins stay healthy they are going to be hard to beat.

Not making excuses the early pick six looked like it was pouring was it a bad throw or did the ball just get away from him? Seems like the Pats fought hard and had a chance to win it.

It was raining like a cow pissing on a flat rock in the first quarter and had let up by the half.

The INT was a poor throw high over a fully extended Bourne. Bourne was about five or six yards inside the sideline. He may touched the ball just enough to slow it and the DB was exactly in the right place.

Had to grit your teeth when Mac never made even a simple push to knock the guy out of bounds. 64 yard pick six just looked really bad. You had to give Mac credit for not getting down on himself.

I was pissed that Boutte didn't drag his right foot on the final Patriot play with 20 seconds to go. He should have learned from not dragging his foot and stepping out of bounds on a 3rd and 8 earlier in the game. I know he's a rookie, but stepping out once and not getting the 1st doen, he should have been thinking that entire play, "Two feet down, two feet down". Nope, he took a full extended step. Didn't even have to replay it.

Anderson's holding call when Mac ran in the two point conversion was the true back breaker. He was on the opposite side of the play and had no reason whatsoever to sling the DL to the ground. Mac was trotting because everyone had gone right and he literally skipped into the end zone. If that one play had been made, the final score would have been 28-25 Pats.

I actually feel better about the offense and the O Line after watching this game.
Pouring down rain, wet ball = bad throw for the pick 6 ? Maybe?
Or just first real game jitters?
I wanted to blame Bourne for not making the catch, but he really had to leap and twist just to get his finger tips on it.
Without that, it's a completely different ball game.
