good point on Gasol's game and Bosh's ageing well. It should. But Gasol is 34. So in 4 years Bosh will be there. Gasol is not being offered 23 million per. But he is getting good money.

Deng in sign-and-trade would give Heat far more Bird Right flexibility w/ Birdman, Lewis, Chalmers, anyone else who finished 13-14 on rosterDeng in sign-and-trade actually could wind up ultimately still leave Heat working with hard cap because of McRoberts full mid-level.

Queen James back to Cleveland and Melo back to the Knicks I guess neither wants to be in the playoffs or win another title the rest of their careers given the decisions they made.

Not sure how much interest the Heat had in Melo but lets see what the back up plan is now that he is not an option

His ex-wife is there and can't see his fiancé wanting to be there.....perhaps for his kids, but Wade has been in South Florida for over 11 years and is a celebrity here. This is his home now.

Dude, go take a business class. This is smart on his part. The new TV deal is 2016. The cap is expected to go up to $80mil. He maximizes his opportunities. Just as every person does.

I understand the financial reasons as to why he is doing it - But IMO he is also doing it because he is an attention whore - thats how I have always seen him and it will never change.
