I love fly fishing in streams and rivers... One of my favorite times fishing was in Alaska at the Kenai River... Fished for Dolly's and Rainbows... Pulling in 10-12lb / 29-35" rainbows was amazing... Each Rainbow would take around 10-15 minutes to reel in... They anchor at the bottom quite often... Best day of fresh water fishing... Brown bears walking all around you eating all the skin/brains from the thousands of dead salmon on the river bed... Best experience ever! Been dying to go back...

I was there in 1975. It was 70 below at one point. The rivers were frozen. Did have a good time for the 2 months I was there.
