I don't really know all the rules about waiver pickups maybe one of the guys knows but at this point everyone knows that Fisher screwed up and its not worth the trade when he will waiver him. If he clears waiver, which I doubt the Rams wouldn't get anything. Cowboys and Jets are just a couple of teams that might pickup him off waivers along with the Cardinals.

What I find interesting about this article is Carson Palmer is on the top of the best QBs because of Bruce Arians who, if you believe the rumors, is interested in obtaining and working with Foles. If Arians does get his hands on Foles, I guarantee you, the Foles as QB we all hoped he would become for the Rams will be seen eventually as a Cardinal who will make life miserable for the Rams twice a year.

It's not like Arians "made" Palmer, but he did bring him back to what he was. He drafted Logan Thomas who hasn't progressed into anything yet. Foles may re-stabilize with the Cardinals, but he already had a break-thru season in a spread offense under Kelly that is looking like a fluke so far.

Keenum will start but I am willing to bet he ends up sitting by the 4th or 5th game. Goff will be handed the starting job shortly into the season.

I hope Mannion plays so well that his play makes Snisher look like the dumbasses/drama queens they both are!

Well if we're gonna hope...

I hope they all play so well that all of Snisher's moves makes the nay sayers look like the dumbasses/drama queens they all are. :dhd:

Imma gonna guess this post is quite okay here because it's practically the exact same sentiment, right?

And my hope ends in a Lombardi Trophy!

:suds:

Here is some more evidence of what we have all been stating all along right back to the Rams giving away the farm. Mannion won't go away and we gave up waaaayyyyy too much for a struggling young QB that many predicted would struggle just like all the other good QBs such as Winston, Newton, and Marriota. In fact, most of us stated that it would be years before we see results yet they probably could have secured Goff for less.

I have stated all long that Mannion was going to be a good QB and I believe if Snisher would not have thrown Foles under the bus we would have a good starting QB, but Snisher went with Keenum. How ridiculously shortsighted!

Sean Mannion just won't go away in the Rams QB race

Yeah retro and is getting at least a chance with the #1s in the OTAs. On the other side of that though, lets just say that Mannion comes along nicely and we know what Case is really and what one year wonder (missing Foles) is, 2 young QBs might just work for a valuable future if and I say they if they both pan out and nice 1-2. I thing Case is baggage and Foles isn't really worth the trouble so if even a Mannion-Goffs tandem this year gets us to what another 8-8 Fisher season, progress might just be made for a future for one of them or a trade item with Mannion to get a couple of picks back next year. Just a thought.

How many times in the LA Rams history have we had a QB controversy dating back to Van Brocklin/Waterfield? Seems to be a pattern with the Rams, Blue.

If Mannion looks good, we can flip him for more picks.

While we're taking all these camp evaluations at face value, let's remember that Foles was impressive in camp last year.

Most look good without pads. Fisher signed Foles for 2 years without pads. UGH! Yeah retro we have always done that and it has always been a head scratcher, I was not behind the Goff trade but he is here so lets make the best of it again. I just really don't want Goff thrown in right away until we see what that O-Line will look like. My whole problem with the draft was we did not go after the weakest link at center. Robinson might end up being OK or not but in the middle will spell doom if Fisher doesn't figure that out.
