JD did force Wash to move Kinsler from the leadoff spot that one time. Wash was not happy. Lol

Not saying this is the game but sometimes a SP when the pen is burnt has to wear the game and take the hit.
This is the part of the Woody enabling I hate

Agree which is why I don't understand why Woody kept Allard in the game against the Angels with a 6-2 lead and they started lighting him up like it was batting practice and did not take him out until we were down 7-6. You can't spin that either because you end up bringing someone in to pitch regardless. Why not do it when you are trying to keep the lead?

I'm not sure if you're correct on the 'Woody enabling' or not............But the team of FO teammates - Young/Daniels - left this manager with to little too work with IMO!.......And I'm sitting way outside the lines of 'paying attention.'

My beef with that one is they should have pitched Allard the day earlier and let Burke pitch that day

But yes they have a long reliever such as Allard who they left out to dry. I hope he can go 2 today

The short ST reasoning is just an excuse at this point. Every starter should be able to go close to 6 innings at this point.
