Of course I was just in Vegas 6 weeks ago, damn...But I'm sure I can find it somehow, or make my own with a similar combo

It's great for cooking because you get the habanero kick without a lot of vinegar.

I have to hand it to you, that's some damn fine sauce!!! Just tried it for the first time, just a little dab by itself to really taste the flavor. First you just get the heat, sweet and a slight bit mustardy, but then those caribbean spices kick in...

Its great as a salsa. I've added it to store bought salsa and its great. I go through at least 2-3 bottles per month.

Matouks is heavy Habanero based from the West Indies.

Mr. Naga is the ghost chilli based sauce. Fucking brutal.
