Surprised I couldn't find one of these.

I've always been a fan of keeping anywhere between 9-15 different bottles of hot sauce on hand at any given time.

My personal favorite all-purpose hot sauce is Gator Sauce. It's got more flavor than nearly any condiment I've ever had. Highly recommended.

Close runner up is Chile Lime Frank's. It's hard to find this one in stores anymore for some reason but it's tasty.

Depends on the food. Sriracha when it's an Asian flair, taco bell fire sauce for everything else. It's the main reason I still go to taco bell sometimes, grab a few handfuls of that.

I've also been known to take more than my share of to go cups of hot sauce and jalapeños from Taco Time.

I like B Dubs spicy garlic sauce. I eat it on tortilla chips, on eggs, and obviously on all sorts of chicken.

Same here... I love hot sauce. I keep about the same amount of different bottles on hand.

For all around taste & heat I like Aardvark. Hard to find, but I had a cousin that would send it to me in the mail.

Others I love: Tapatio, Chalula, Sriracha, Gator Sauce & any kind of Louisiana Style hot sauces. If you haven't tried any of the "Fire On the Mountain" Sauces then you are doing yourself a great disservice!

Just ordered some of the Aardvark sauce from Amazon based on your rec here. The reviews on Amazon were great too, so I figured I couldn't go wrong :suds:

Even though my vote is for Rooster Brand Sriracha sauce, this one made me laugh.

Now do yourself a favor and order some Fire On the Mountain sauces... You have to try the Spicy Peanut sauce. It'll change your world. I'd also recommend the Buffalo Lime Cilantro sauce.

When I lived down south we used texas pete. Since living up north, I prefer Frank's.

I don't care for super-hot.

I make my own chili sacue with my Blendtec.

Chil peppers
Sweet peppers
Onions
Salt
Fresh cilantro
Celery seed
Ginger
Clove
Cinnamon
White vinegar

I make a quart batch at a time. Store it in the freezer, and use 1/2 cup at a time. Batch asts for about 2 months.

I want to try making a fermented version I learned from an old Mexican grandma of a friend.
