Well I live in Fayetteville NC now, so I can't say much. .12 per 1000 v .04 per 1000 for Manchester.


On a side note my Father in-law was homicide detective in Cleveland. Made for some interesting chats over dinner.

Oh I for sure would be dishing it out. My question, whether some want to believe it or not was sincere. Everyone had an opinion. It was also to set up whoever the oponent in the SB would be. So "IF" the Pats did beat them I for one didn't want them saying next January Brady and the Pats should've received X,Y,Z. We'll hear it anyway but it was a shot in the dark.

Anybody winning the SB before the season starts is a pure dream.....
It will be interesting to see if they can win without Brady at the helm, they did with Cassell and he was a mediocre qb at best, but they had a better D then too.....
It could be serviceable or disastrous, we'll have to wait and see....
One thing is for sure, they will have to dot every i and cross every t this season or heads are gonna fly....

I think that this was meant to be a well rounded penalty hence the loss of picks and cash to the owner...it hits everyone. They definitely took into account past occurrences no different that they would with an ex-con...makes sense since the same group of people were involved.

PED's, stickem, etc...are bad but they technically only affect one player whereas the footballs can affect every player on the field so I can see it being harsher. Plus the balls were doctored after the refs cleared them which is pretty sneaky even though the league should have had better control over the situation. Hopefully they fix that and don't allow this crap to happen anymore no matter the team...

And that would be BS. It's the same culture of cheating that you think only the Patriots are capable of. Hypocritical and just an attempt to rationalize what is basically jealousy of a better team.

Here is the disconnect. There is no absolute proof on either side. So to post this comment makes you just as much of an idiot as some of the Pat's faithful.

Everything is conjecture at this point.

Conjecture? The verdict is in and the punishment has been decided. There is no conjecture any more. The only thing left is the NFLPA appealing on Brady's behalf and may get his suspension reduced a game or 2.

And it's not a criminal court. Absolute proof is not required. In this type of case, "more likely than not" means guilty. Sorry, it didn't go your way, but there's no conjecture, just the appeal.
