I think at the CFB level they termed it "lack of institutional control"...SMU got shut down for an offense that probably gets Penn St. a couple years probation because SMU was a habitual offender.

You'll never have a perfect league office as there are too many moving parts trying to keep everyone happy. But at the same time if you can't recognize that this was the right thing to do in this situation then you're a lost soul.

The more brady fights this the worse it will get he's in quicksand for allowing this to go this far. If he's innocent all he has to do is let his lawyer hand over the texts that will prove his innocence...pretty simple if in fact he is indeed innocent. Any rational person would do this at this stage unless he did orchestrate this whole mess which I believe he did.

You should probably study how investigations work and why you should never speak to an investigator without a lawyer present, nor ever give them something they have no right to take from you.

Here is a video to start your education process with. (Yes I know this isn't a criminal case, that's not the point.)

The first 15-20 minutes should be plenty to get an understanding how investigators use your words against you.

Well maybe it's just me but if I was fighting these allegations claiming I'm innocent and I know there are no text messages on my phone taking about deflating balls I'd let the investigators have a look. I know some have hinted maybe there are pictures he wants to keep private, maybe of him and Gronk. But they can make it so the investigators can only look at the text messages and phone logs while his representative is present. Hell Brady could have said we will meet at a lab and all view the phone together. No pics will be seen and he'd be clear and not suspended.
