Summer of 2007 to June 2008 was crazy in Boston sports. Celtics traded for Garnett and Allen and turned around the franchise over night. Red Sox were nearly wire to wire champs, taking the division lead on April 18th and never relinquishing. The Bruins were back in the playoffs after two straight last place finishes, pushed Montreal to 7 games after being down 3-1. Even Boston College was up to number 2 in the country at one point.
