San Diego happy Archie stepped in so Eli didn't end up there. If Eli played for SD, chances are he's no longer in the league. He would've got killed behind some of those lines, lack of stars to throw to and Ds that are/were never close to those of the Giants. Rivers > Eli.

Yes, SD has had so much success with Rivers, they never would have wanted Eli

Rivers has played with one of the Top 3 Tight Ends in NFL History, one of the Top 5 RB's in NFL history, a slew of great weapons, solid defenses, etc.

How much cocaine have you done this morning?

I have always like Rivers. Kid is a ball player.
Rivers got a raw deal thanks to Manning Inc.
Had Rivers gone to NYG he'd have at least 2 SB rings.

the worst postseason game of Tom Bradys' career came in Foxboro against Philip Rivers and San Diego

Threw 3 picks

New England won the game

We all know what Eli Manning has done to the Pats, so obviously that game alone proves you very wrong

Really? Do you want to go year by year on who's had more talent around them. Let's just say you won't be happy with the outcome.

Maybe you're right? Maybe it's just the coach Eli had. Jags looking good. NYG on a course to go O-fer the season.

Sure, be my guest

Lets start with who on the Giants offense has EVER been as good as LT or Gates?

What an idiot you are...This has nothing to do with disparaging Brady, its me yet again proving you completely wrong with facts

San Diegos' defense shut down Brady that day and Rivers couldnt even win

Giants defense shuts down Brady twice, Eli wins twice

Understand now?

Do you believe ANYTHING you say? You pick one game out of the GOATs career when we're discussing two OTHER QBs.
What do you charge Brady for occupying that space in your head?

The NY Giants Defense ranked 25th in the league in PPG in 2011 when they won the SB
Chargers ranked 22nd

The NY Giants Defense ranked 17th in PPG in 2007 when they won the SB
Chargers ranked 5th

Anything else you complete moron?

Moron? Moron? You need to stop cherry picking and moving the goal posts. Now you pick two years when we've been discussing careers. You're like a 6 year old.

Just shut up, look at their entire careers and you will find that San Diegos' defense ranked ahead of the Giants more years than the other way around

Philip Rivers has lost to New England twice in the postseason with a QBR of 55.1 and 46.1.....San Diegos defense was very good or great in both those games

Eli has never lost to New England in the playoffs, won with QBR's 87.3 and 103.7.....

No matter how you spin or slice the numbers, everything points to the fact that the Giants would have never won 2 Super Bowls with Phil Rivers instead of Eli Manning

There is no reason to continue this debate, you just got absolutely eviscerated with actual facts

Thats a real mic drop
