On offense... there was always the significant, realistic fear that O-line play would derail the operations. Which it has. Add in OBJ being hurt all season and now being down for the count... it's been a disaster.

But why is the defense so medicre? There's really no good reason it should be...

This team was 11-5 last season with a fine defense... Giants fans weren't crazy to talk that way about the defense; however, it's clear at this point that the wheels have come off.

Giving up 27 points to the Chargers (who are known for choking late in games) is what really confirmed it for ne today.

Eli isn't perfect, never has been... but he hasn't been the problem at all. The O-line in front of him has sucked, OBJ has been hurt, what 4? WR's total went down to injury today...
