Let me get this straight...
we have 15 owners as of now...
Smitty is OUT unless we have 16 or more
Treff, and who else is out if we have over 14??
Is anyone out if we have more than 12??

I initially said if it was over 12 I wouldn't. But I don't see it being a huge deal, especially since it seems we have a group of guys that will stay in this for a long time. So I'm with Treff and say no more than 14.

I am just saying the poll is useless, we have owners who stated they are out in specific scenarios...

But if we only have 15 right now, and Smitty says he is out unless we have 16, and there is at least one owner who says he is out with more than 14, then the likeliest outcome is just to remove smitty from the pool, and now have 14...

But we still need to know if with 14 if we are going to lose anyone...

Think about it though. ..we just had a 2 day conversation on who to pick for a commish..and only about 11 chimed in. .tells me there might be some who wouldn't be as into it as we'd like. ..and we're just trying to get started

But even in the MBBRL, we have some more active posters on SportsHoopla... But everyone is active in the league...

I think we're over thinking this.

We have 15. Smitty is out with less than 16. That leaves 14. Which everyone else is good with.

Seems to me we are set for 14.

Yeah...but this is different. We're trying to start a new thing. .those are established. If people aren't into enough to give input, advice, ideas in this phase, I have doubts as to long term viability, in some certain instances. To that point. I see no reason why Smitty is #15, he's been in here daily trying to help shape this thing

I might be misunderstanding, but I thought I saw a post making reference to he thought he was #15, so if it's not 16, he's out. Could be wrong though.

Regardless, he's not #15 in my book

One poll for number of owners

After that if the poll reveals we want less owners than we have people stating they want in
We do another poll with all names listed, each person votes for the set number of people they think should be in, once again votes kept private. Those with the least votes are out. If it's me so be it, we're all big boys here.

Simple and done, majority rules...
