Given the recent trades gone through resulting in teams having 20+ players, I'm reinstating the "drop" permissions for all teams. It doesn't make sense to wait for me to give you the key to make your roster legal.

The "claim" or "add" permission remains locked, and there is no reason to drop anyone before draft day if your roster is at 20 or below
