So did this fizzle out?
fizzle?? not yet... but it sure is curdling...
Milk jokes. That's funny.fizzle?? not yet... but it sure is curdling...
Hey, @MilkSpiller22 - I don't think this is gonna get there, but how about this alternative:
16 owners and each owner has two teams, but those teams can't trade with each other, can't pick up each other's drops, and schedules are set so they never face each other (unless they're both somehow in the championship game).
I wonder if a single-season league would be interesting, just to see how it plays.I think we gotta wait another year and just get the rules set and continue looking for members.
Would be nice for all to continue posting in attempt to find the perfect rules and scoring.

The lack of commitment might be attractive though, just so people can see how it goes. It's kind of like combining a seasonal league with a suicide league and a coma league, lol. And I'd rather not sign up for an experimental dynasty league only to find out I hate it.It would be easier than dynasty. Much easier. Only problem is that the draft is so long and deep that if you would prefer it to be for dynasty.
Haha this is cool but they should definitely play each other!Hey, @MilkSpiller22 - I don't think this is gonna get there, but how about this alternative:

Problem is if it’s late in the season and the team that’s out of it throws the game to help the better team.Haha this is cool but they should definitely play each other!

Do a seven-round starter draft and then a separate bench draft. 224 picks in each draft, which is in the ballpark of the 168 picks you see in a 12-team, 14-round standard seasonal draft, and more engaging because you'd be picking for two teams.
And if it works, try a real dynasty next year.
Big question is whether there’s a platform that supports one user having two teams in the same league. Or it’ll be some work for somebody. Thoughts?id be happy to do this... but we still need to find 16-32 owners...
