From Pavlovic
Machi was a minor leaguer with the Cubs this season, but was released earlier this month after getting arrested for public intoxication and urinating in public.
Well, it would have been kinda awkward if he started pissing on a car while in police custody...Actually, he was supposedly released first, THEN got drunk and pissed on the car, THEN got arrested (and not the other way around as Pavlov claims).
Lucius Fox is looking very raw, which shouldn't be surprising for his age. I would venture a guess that he'll repeat Augusta in 2017, barring a 2nd half surge in the offensive numbers.

Yea, WTH, Cricky?
I officially write you off after your last start, and then you do THIS?
Asshole...
Phil Bickford was just WOW today. Totally electric, Rancho players were swinging and missing all day long. All of the San Jose pitchers pitched incredible today.
Bickford: 6 IP, 2 H, 2 ER, 0 BB, 13 Ks. 83 pitches, 61 strikes
Romo: 1 IP, 1 H, 0 BB, 2 Ks
Moronta: 1 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 1 K
Martinez: 1 IP, 0 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 2 Ks. Hit 102 on the gun.
Bickford topped out around 93, mostly sat 89-91 with the fastball, but guys were swinging and missing through it non-the-less. The real nasty pitch for his today was his slider. Sat around 77-79 and Rancho players just couldn't touch it, it was a great pitch for him today. Cannot wait to see more of this kid.
Martinez nails again. His fastball is big, and he puts it where he wants. Moronta might have the better numbers though, his slider is a true plus-plus offering. Romo pitched for the 3rd time, looks like he could be ready soon.
Great news! I have seen two games with Moronta pitching, and he has reached upper 90's both times. A flame thrower. Great to see Bickford do well. He could move quickly through the system.
Moronta and Martinez make a great duo. If Moronta had Martinez's fastball (or Martinez had Moronta's slider), that would be an elite pitcher. As you say though, Moronta has a great FB himself. Hopefully they keep it up.
Bickford is a guy who I think could help the Big League team this September out of the bullpen, David Price style. That's not going to happen, but I could see it.
I have high hopes for Bickford, but let's let him get a few games under his belt in San Jose before we move him up a level or two.
I think Moronta and Martinez may well be in Richmond in July. Lord knows RIchmond needs some pitchers in the bullpen, it has been terrible. (Aside from Rogers)
So that is a career ender for Lujan?Backa t Rally Field today, Clayton Blackburn vs. PCL's best lineup (El Paso)
Quick note: Matt Lujan was carted off the field yesterday. Word is he tore his patella tendon. He won't be coming back next year. Fleet back in Sac
