Glad that they pulled it off but still can't believe the BS that goes on in patsie land. Henry was blocking down field and caught his TD pass after releasing. How on earth do refs miss that especially with the guy committing the foul. There was also a lineman down field too. I remember a few years ago the Fins were called when it was an inch passed the one yard area and patsies all said it was illegal. This was well over 5 yards.

Also the flag was picked up for the earlier helmet to helmet hit what a bunch of crap. How about forward progress on Gesicki it was only fair that they were stopped short on the lateral.

Anyway they one rant over but it's ridiculous every year up there. Go Fins!

If the Pats are relying on a desperation lateral, it's a good sign that they got outplayed and outcoached.

Not sure if any other team has started out 2-0 with 2 road games this year? Or every in past years??
[/QUOTE]

It's a tough way to start the year. You don't see that scheduled often. That said, by winning those two games, it becomes a scheduling advantage with more remaining home games.

Playing catch-up with a bunch of crippled receivers certainly did not work.
Valiant effort to try and come back - again.....

Every team is dealing with injuries, the Fins included. The Fins will have to have other WRs step up this week with Waddle's concussion.
He took a helmet to helmet hit to the back of the head by Marte Mapu. I would like to think the league is looking into that hit for disciplinary action.

I rewatched the hit on Waddle. It was a reckless play and worthy of a penalty. However. His intent may not have been to injure Waddle.

Patriots have played undisciplined football in their first two games. They gave both away because of turnovers and literally beat themselves because of them.

Dolphins are good, no question. How long can Tua keep avoiding an intentional or unintentional head shot? Another serious concussion coud be the end of it for him. He admits that he put a load of time practicing how to fall to the ground without slamming his head. Gotta give him a bunch of credit for knowing his worst weakness and dealing with it. As long as he's under center, the Fins have a 70:30 chance to win every week.

Big Ken, the Fins are just a better team then the Pats. The Fins have beat the Pats 5 out of the last 6 times. Face it the Pats are not the same without Brady and the other AFC East teams have gotten better.

RE Tua: He has taken steps to keep himself healthy and the Oline is protecting him well. Also he gets rid of the ball very quickly. His chances of avoiding a concussion are better then they have ever been in his career. The fact that he is still playing shows his passion for the game. He's due to have a healthy season. He could end up having several healthy seasons. What would that mean for the division?

The Patriots lost, Dolphins won. Don't read too much into it.
Dolphins fell 2 spots in the power rankings after the game.
Patriots are piecing together an O-line and can ill-afford going into a hole and having to work out of it.
They almost did it.
Fins were the better team Sunday.....
