Dolphins visit Foxboro. Tua and Tyreek combined to beat the Chargers in LA 36-34. Tua threw for 466 yards.

Patriots' mistakes cost them a win against the Eagles 25-20.

Mac Jones threw the ball 54 times for 316 yards and 3 TDs.

Don't know if the Chargers secondary sucks or Tua is becoming the next Dan Marino.

The Patriots secondary played very well against the Eagles and their excellent WRs.

BB will have the Patriots' defense primed and most likely wil have 5 DBs or 6 DBs shifting around to keep Tua just a hair hesitant.

Have to hope playing late isn't a curse..

Even Rex Ryan thinks the Patriots will shut down Tua's passing lanes. The group of 'experts' at the table agreed that the Dolphins could not run the ball but Tyreek was able to catch everything. He said that he will break the all time receiving records and break 2000 this year. Hill had 11 catches against the Chargers for 215 yards. Waddle had 4 for 78.

Looks like the safeties will have to play just a bit deeper and lay some whacks if these guys start making catches like this. The DL put pressure on Hurts yesterday and kept the Eagles offense out of the end zone except once. If they can make Tua release a half second early, that might be enough to rein in the WRs.

They key IMO will be our ability to get to Tua and force him right if possible. I don't feel we have the speed to contain Hill, and Waddle you play on them and try to check them at the line they blow by you, you play off them they run a 12 yard slant then blow by you. They looked very impressive yesterday.

How good is the Chargers' secondary? That's what one has to wonder. How good is their DL?

You're right. If this DL can make him move and not run free, it makes the WRs stop and try to adjust or come back.

I think, if they can keep him hemmed in the pocket and make him throw just a hair quick, it justmight take the wind out of their sails.

We will find out, there overall team speed on offense is scary. I don't doubt BB will have at least a decent game plan

I know it's early in the season to be making this statement but this is a must-win for the Pats IMO. They already lost a game they should've won against a really good team. They need to prove they can win games against tough teams. Otherwise, this is the same team as last year.

They need to turn on the fire hoses during practice. Maybe get set 60" barrel fans set up all around the field.

They need to watch the penalties. Nothing hurts worse than one guy making a huge play on 3rd down, only to find somebody else couldn't keep his hands to himself and got a 5 yard contact penalty.

Those were the reason why the Patriots lost last night. Yes the Pick 6 was thrown in there as well but that gave the Eagles all the momentum.

They pretty much have to play mistake free football in order to beat the Dophins.

Special Teams also has to do a much better job at actually blocking someone and not having the person (Like Jones) getting snacked around like a rag doll

You mean on 4trh and 17? Mac should have thrown a better ball, but either way he was going nowhere when it's 4th and 17 there is little sense in running a 12 yard route.
would have won the game with a better pass on the sideline atthe end of the game.no way that guy could have caught that pass in bounds
