He has made it pretty clear that he'll restructure his deal but he won't take any pay cuts.

I love the guy but he's been so injured the past two seasons and hasn't played well when supposedly healthy that I think you really have to let him go. It's just way too much money to hope he'll return to the player he was. This is the Cowboys we're talking about so there is a very real chance he'll sign with a NFL East team and lead their defense on the way to another Pro Bowl selection but I think it's a chance you have to take.

Ware's pro bowl days are over. IMHO this is one contract no matter how it plays out that I'm all for getting rid of one way or another. Just because we have more cap room coming the next few years, doesn't mean we need to ignore the current salary cap hell we are in at the moment.

Call me whatever, don't care. Keep Ware. I really don't care at this point. Sign and keep him, and Romo and Witten, and Dez for another 3 or 4 years, Then rebuild. Like I said a few months ago, it will be 6 or 7 years before we are relevant again. That is if we do everything right and Jerry smartens the hell up.
