Its a pretty sure bet that Harris is returning, you don't have to get a PG in return you just have to get a PG somewhere

I would offer Devin the same contract we did last year before he got hurt. It was 3yr/9. Try the same or 2yr/6.

Which would leave around 16.5, and if Harris does a 3/9 or 2/6 deal you're down to 13.5
