I think he’s taking a shot at #7 and it’s justified
Me thinks there is a small piece of truth in that take. But I don’t see Chase trying to be mean about it...more like ‘look what preparing properly can do for ya’...

I hope your aviation record is more accurate than 2 to 13.

Nah- you don’t need to be too accurate. The FAA provides 1000’ of vertical spacing for aircraft on IFR plans. We are allowed to be 200’ off altitude.

I have always landed at the correct airport or LZ, and I have not killed anybody.

Okay, then I'll allow you to be my pilot if you ever decide to be one for a commercial airlines.

I forgot to tell you but one of my church brothers has been a pilot with American Airlines for several years and he recently got promoted to Captain. His flight schedule is unbelievable going from RDU to LAX every Monday morning and then flying south to north to south in California all week long before he returns to RDU late Friday night. He loves it and wouldn't have it any other way with weekends off and the pay is great, especially with his promotion. I keep begging him for all of his frequent flyer miles and he keeps telling me he can't do that.

Not all but a few of the pilots that were in my squadron went on to fly commercial. I know one in particular that is retired now and living a very, very nice life. There can be a lot of nights away from home though.

The guy I mentioned was never a military pilot and he never wanted any part of the military. I don't know how but he and his wife seem to be happily married even though they only see each other on the weekends. I guess some people just adjust.

I do fly commercially...just helicopters.

Impressive! I've got a friend who works for our local TV station who flies helicopters with a cameraman covering local news events.

i hope there is , we are here , might as well make some noise
We are in a win-win situation here. If we lose, no one is surprised and we will get credit for a good rebuilding year and can help propel us for next year. IF we win, well then we get to make all those experts eat crow (along with me).
