I hate to say it but Fauci is wrong here.

Rand is milking the catastrophic epidemic for FINANCIAL gain.

He doesn't give a shit about Politics unless he can make money on it.

I don't disagree, but give him the tiniest bit of credit for sending the right message.
Oh without a doubt and I fully guarantee this is a total ego stroke after Biden did give him credit on the vaccines.

The problem is way too many folks are far too gone on the anti-vax stance.

They are only doing rapid rests ..there are over 200 cars ahead of me
They still poke so far up your nose that your eyes will water and you will sneeze.

the test i did at home (border agents randomly selected us after the trader joe's run) only had to go like a couple of cm's into the nostril.
no big deal at all. I was so afraid it would be a brain-pokey one.

I was feeling like utter crap after my booster shot on Monday, was fairly convinced I had it.
about half-way better today. Have cancelled by hockey this week "out of an abundance of caution"

and my international tourney in April was just cancelled.

Well the wife has been feeling like crap the last few days and did a home test last night (we bought a few a while ago) and tested positive. Both of us are going for a laboratory test later today. Grandson is also sick, he already had COVID in October and being 12 months old, no vaccine option. He was tested last night at urgent care. Daughter also had COVID in October with mild symptoms. So far she is feeling good. I’m also feeling fine. The next few days should be fun.

Hoping for the best for ya, buddy.

All I can say is stay hydrated, and if you feel too tired to do anything, don't do it. Rest is the key.

By the way, I am now 5 negative tests in a week into this and am slowly improving. Not sure how this isn't COVID, but whatever. Not like I *want* to be in that statistic.

I have a nasty, yet ickily productive cough, and still have less energy than Ovechkin with his controller disconnected. I have actually kind of developed a fondness for that honey Nyquil which in itself should be a sign I am very, very ill.
