This seems crazy to me. When I signed up for mine, they automatically scheduled second dose for 2 weeks out saying it was mandatory. I actually moved my first dose from a Friday to the next Sunday because I was going to be out of town the Friday 2 weeks out.

Yah its amazing what theyre doing here. When our nurse friend got her shot in January, it was still 2 weeks to the next one, then they were 3 weeks and i recall then that pfizer said to the effect dont do that. They created the vaccine shouldnt you follow their direction ??? But the health authorities pushed the envelope because of lack of supply and with the goal of getting as many people their first shots as possible.

I took my parents to their first shot in april and when the nurse administering the shot said your next shot will be in 4 months i was like wut? ... when did that become a thing??

That all said they seem to have figured out the supply now and even though theyre telling people still ... 14 weeks ... i think (hope) shot 2 will be alot quicker coming than that

Honestly. It is the way our Provinces is doing it. Focus on getting most of the first doses in arms....

They do it in Ontario for unpaid highway tolls and I've legit seen people have to be restrained in the MTO because of their reactions to being told they owe $45 for a trip from Milton to Woodbridge.
