So we now know it's not a PF to go offsides and hit someone in the knee. So that's cool. We also now know that it's cool for the refs to prevent teams from snapping the ball until the play clock expires. Seems legit

Well #1 I had no clue why the ref was standing over the ball like that. What was he doing? Trying to hold in explosive diarrhea and couldn't move? I couldn't figure out what he was doing but I thought for sure the 25 second playclock would've started when he moved his dumbass.
