2019 Brady: 60.8% completion, 4057 yards passing, 24 TD, 8 INT
2019 Winston: 60.7% completion, 5,100 yards passing, 33 TD, 30 INT {250 yds rushing}

Quick View: If Winston can reduce his INT's, then it is hard to imagine him having a worse season than Brady. Belichik's system is so different from Arian's in Tampa. Belichik preaches limiting turnovers, and Arian's says idgaf if you throw a pick, as long as you throw some TD's too. Winston could easily thrive in the NE system (with the right coaching), and IMO would outperform Brady at this point in his career.
When you throw 30 interceptions the comment can't be 'if he can reduce his interceptions'. He could cut have them by 14 and still be 3rd worst in the league. Also, don't forget how much better Winston's receiving option were than Brady's last year either.

Your point is actually a feather in Belichik's cap.

That wasn't my point. Yes it's pretty good for Belichick to have won 11 games with Cassel. But that doesn't make them immediate SB contenders with Brady leaving.

It was a great run and it is truly amazing that it lasted as long as it did. I'm anxious to see what the roster will look like in September and how the Patriots will fare against one of, if not the most difficult schedule in the league.

im really fascinated as to how this plays out.

my whole family is happy. It was time. Probably a year or two before we start seeing a new Pats future. Should be exciting rebuild

Who cares if Rodgers is gay? Most Patriot fans wouldn't care providing he got them to another Super Bowl.

moss had the most drops of his career in 2009. true story. he was markedly slower as well. he was living off reputation more than talent his last year and a few games here. why do you think he was gone after 3 games in 2010, after leading the NFL in touchdown catches the year prior?

Because Bill gets rid of everyone a step sooner than the rest of the league.

Regardless, we're talking 2008. Who on the current Pats roster rivals even late career Moss, if Welker and Edelman are in the slot role?
