Wow just read some of the report and well Brady seems like a real jerk. More from his emails than say his actual testimony but man the guy is very entitled.

Anybody hear the comments from HOF QB Jim Kelly today...He is not a big fan of how Brady has handled himself through this whole situation and just thinks he keeps digging the hole a little deeper with each passing day.
brady has been his worst enemy . all this shit is a waste of tax payers money and time .

He's digging a hole all right, and its with a backhoe not a shovel.

Oh I agree. Everything that is coming out now seems to be very much hurting his cause and 2) really damaging some of his relationships with people he called friends. Reading some of the emails I'm guessing he has more than a few phone calls to make to "friends" to apologize for what he said. This actually reminds me to a lesser degree of what happened with the ex-owner of the Clippers where private conversations came out and man did that destroy him. Beyond whether he is guilty or not now there is so much more being added by all of this being made public.

Tommytuggers like @NEPatsfan still don't get it. They continue to try to inject criminal standards for proof and guilt into a work place environment. STOP saying "where's the proof?" and "he has not been proven guilty of anything!" Those are all for the criminal court. The NFL does NOT need to meet those standards! Because the Patriots* fan base screams for this does not make it a requirement for Goodell! Even when this case goes to the federal court, the judge will NOT review evidence of guilt. The judge will only review the CBA and whether or not the sanctions are within the guidelines of the CBA...You guys need to accept the fact the " kangaroo court room phase of this is over." Tom Brady* and the union had a chance at the appeal portion and they did not perused Goodell, who has full authority.

You may not like it, but it is what it is and it makes Tom Brady* look like the liar he is!

A great example of this is that of Ben Roethlisberger. Now this was off the field so a bit different but he was found innocent of what he was accused of but still punished by the league. Legal standards do not matter in these situations.

They had e-mails as well as text messages? I

Of course you realize that only supports Brady and his decision not to hand over phone, right?

Sure, except this is a case filed by the NFL and not Tom Brady.

Yes to keep it out of the Minny courts. You do know Brady did file in Minny and that court kicked it to NY where the NFL had already filed.

Every time you open your mouth you spew something wrong. Why?

You rode the short bus to school, didn't you?

Which case is being heard? The NFLPA case in MN or the case filed by the NFL in NYC? Yes they were combined, but the case is the NFL case in NYC>

Notice the title of the case? NFL Plantiff against NFLPA defendant.

This case is the NFL v the NFLPA, regardless if the NFLPA filed in MN>

One more time. It's the NFL case because they filed first. Everyone knew they did so so Brady and the NFLPA couldn't file in Minny. Yet the NFLPA and Brady still tried to do so and the Minny court rightfully kicked it over to NY. You're trying to act as though Brady didn't file. We'll your wrong, completely fucking wrong.

Really I said the NFLPA didn't file? Intersting, wrong, but intersting.

You sure are trying to say this is all the NFL's doing. If Brady's lawyers and the NFLPA were smart they'd of had an associate in Minny to file imediately after the appeal.

Do you really want to make the argument that Kessler is dumber than Reiner?

Oh and this whole thing is all the NFL's doing.

It all started with Brady's deflated balls. It's all on him.

You mean the ones we now know weren't intentionally deflated but suffered from weather conditions? Those one?
