He’s better than Dalton. That’s the point I was making.Nick Foles? Really?
K
that happens when you have the lowest YPA in the league......
If you are going by flawed stats, yes he was. Also Says jimmy g was up there too, which is wrong.Only Carr wasn’t lowest. I believe he was 9th highest.

NGS | NFL Next Gen Stats
I know Carr doesn't throw down field, don't need advanced metrics or anything else to tell me that. The raiders think they can upgrade, the raiders, that should tell you something. Regardless good luck. Team board, not tying to troll, just nudge in some logic. If you wanna continue on the main board tag me.It’s not wrong. All stats are flawed stats because there is no completely objective stat that tells the whole story. If you go strictly by Yards Per Attempt....yards gain per attempted pass....Carr was 9th. If you want to use Next Gen stats, then cool, love their metrics. But don’t play the fanboy game of pretending you know what stats mean more than others or some are real and some aren’t....don’t be dumb.
intended air yards............only bridgewater is worse hes wayyyy down there at 6.3Even with next gen stats I don’t see a stat Carr ranks last in.

complete air yards hes 5th from the bottom and i dont really count mason rudolph and devlin hodges below him
his aggressiveness rating is second to last above only devlin hodges
third to last in air yards to the sticks
so not last, but hes way down there in many "air" categories, and shots down field...........
Like jimmy G, dump it and let the guys make plays........
Jimmy G had like i forget what it was 69 or 88 passing yards behind the line of scrimmage(thats not right but the basis) in the superbowl in the first half. The yards and completions looked great, but he wasnt throwing.....
some is coaching, but thats an awful lot on coaching, and system. I just dont see him as really any different than dalton.......tbh. Daltons probably cheaper....and you have an out......i dunno. Its a tough spot for you guys. That D you gotta go now. I know "most" are locked up, but we always see that, those elite D's dont last, a guy or two changes everything......You gotta make a move.....but your locked up with mitch......Get what you’re saying but some of that is a result of personnel and coaching.
I’m not advocating Carr as a savior or superstar. I think he’d be a sizable upgrade for the Bears though. And he’s a more than capable QB.
just checking, if i woulda said that to some other people they get pissed. Say it on the redskins board they will ban you lolThe Raiders traded Mack and paid Antonio Brown.
I didn’t think you were trolling at all.
For the record....I think Derek Carr is someone you can with a title with. Just my opinion.
Edit: Derek Carr. Not David. I’m an idiot.
Omg. Carr??? You are indeed an idiot.
Between Carr and Dalton, if i had to pick one i would choose the cheaper option.

thats true, if your gonna run primarily the rpo, carr is more mobile. I wasnt so much worried about the age factor, because i wouldnt want either of them long term. Which is why from a passing standpoint, id side with dalton. That and hes cheaper....But you bring a up very good point with the RPO and nagy........Carr has better mobility than Dalton, is younger, and is probably a better fit in an RPO based offense.
Far too many sensitive twats on this site.
Yeah but you also don’t know what a checkdown is and think pass catching tight ends are a fad.
So you know....your opinion is worth about as much as dogshit, sport.
And you don't know how to read basic stats on coverage and thinks games are over before it began. So you know, your credibility is, well, there's none there.
Didn’t you create a thread in the 2018 playoffs about looking past the Eagles game because it was an easy win? And then this past season you created a thread about bring on the Saints because apparently all the games before that were easy wins?
I don’t think you get to decide what anyone’s credibility is.
