Wait, when the fuck did aTm become a quality win?

Apparently, if you barely lose to an overrated as fuck Clemson team at home, get curbstomped by Bama and barely beat an Arky team that was beaten worse by UNT in Fayetteville, that makes you a good win? Amirite?

TCU: 3-3, 172 PF, 121 PA
KSU: 2-4, 132 PF, 163 PA

That was stupid.

Got anything else stupid you'd like to post or facepalm or did you get it all out of your system. They both have 3 wins now, but only K-State has beaten a ranked opponent.

It’s far more difficult to win a conference championship

Than to be “selected” for the play offs by a “committee”

I prefer it to be decided on the field

I could see how you would feel that way, since you've won a couple of conference championships in the last decade, but haven't sniffed the playoffs...ever.

Clemson and Ohio States are just as bad if not worse. So why is Bama the only one who "hasnt played anyone" and getting criticized??

I am the least likely person to defend the Tide, but they have beaten (pretty badly) two teams over .500 with Ole (5-2) and Texas A&M (5-2).

Colley Matrix and A&H are going to release their ratings for this week and I suspect that Bama will be in their top 4.

Ohio State has wins against Penn State (4-2) and Indiana (4-3).

Clemson has wins against Texas A&M, Georgia Southern (5-1), and Cuse (4-2).

Bama has played three .500 teams. Ohio has played two. Clemson has one.

Notre Dame has wins against Michigan (6-1), Stanford (4-2), and VT (4-2). Their .500 wins were against Vandy and Pitt.

As for the OP, I am not sure who is exactly is saying this. Clearly they are factually wrong. Cincinnati has one win against Ohio. South Florida has only a .500 win. Central Florida has beaten 1 team over .500, and that's Memphis. Their .500 wins were against Florida Atlantic and Pitt.

I’m trying to figure out if this is your shtick, or if you’re actually retarded.

I’d like to know because it will change the way I respond to you.

Totally disagree. Alabama benefitted because OSU lost by over 3 TD's to a sub-par Iowa TV. Oklahoma didn't kill them, OSU killed themselves.
Nope, it was the Oklahoma loss. A one loss OSU conference champion get in ahead of a one loss non division winner with an FCS win on its schedule.

The result of playing 9 conference games, ND every year home and home, with no Girls' Schools on their schedule...ever, perhaps?

That would be true if conferences won 100% of the FCS and low level FBS teams. The SEC wins 76% of those games, I'm guessing the Pac is somewhere below that.

And if it's additional conference games, it's 50%. So there's still a 26% bump in overall conference record.

Do you ever say something intelligent?

I mean how fucking retarded do you have to be to think a loss to another playoff team in the regular season is worse than a blow out loss to a team with a 7-5 record?

Nope, sure didn't. In fact, we didn't even play or compete in it's championship game.

Now then, since we got that out of the way:

Do you understand that conferences aren't looking to crown the best team nationally as their championship, and that it's process is completely separate and different than the playoff selection process?

Conference championships don't even put in the 2 best teams from the conference in many cases - such as last year. Because it's all about a single loss here and there and it's actually better for conference championships to lose to bad teams than it is to lose to good teams.

Of course, a Notre Dame fan complaining about a conference championship requirement is in itself priceless, so thanks for that. What's next, you gonna talk about bowl wins being needed before claiming national championships?

Nope. But did Ohio State in 2016???? Did Oklahoma in 2003??? How about Nebraska in 2001?? Only difference between Bama and those teams is that Alabama proved the people that put them in the championship game right.

Because Alabama has a target on their backs because
  1. They are so good
  2. They won't play a home/home with anyone at anytime.
  3. Nick is a whiny Bitch
  4. They take a bye week with Mercer before they play Auburn.
  5. And it's fun for fans to throw stones
All of the above.

Alabama also beat Ole Miss who destroyed Texas Tech neutral site, plays LSU(who destroyed Miami neutral site), Miss.State(Who destroyed KSU in Manhatten), and AuBarn(who beat Washington neutral site)
Which means nothing

I'm pretty sure Oregon St and Zona are both girls schools.

For us...what is it would it be for you guys...10?, 15%? I would argue for the last 3 or 4 years, USC would be much more likely to lose to Fresno St than they would be to Oregon St.

And actually getting on an airplane and flying out two time zones to play a n OOC G5 football team at home more than once every ten to twelve years.
