My thought is that he is supposed to be a utility guy that was supposed to be used sparingly. But since we really don't have a full-time second baseman, he gets plugged in way more than he should. He's about as easy of an out as the pitchers slot in the NL.

lough and ryan both are terrible at the plate . ryan is super utility guy . lough is and has been a dud . i would love to see what yaz could do at the major level and cut ties with lough . then again i would have kept nolan and let lough go . then again who is young ?
