Not gonna lie, turned off the game after the 7th. Shortly there after I looked on twitter for updates and the first caption read, "Diaz in for his first save opportunity". Wait......wuh-wuh-wuh-what!?! Quickly turned the game back on and got to see the entire inning, and man the dude was on fire! I know it's only his first opportunity, but this kid is straight fire. Gives me a little incy wincy bit of hope, and at the very least something to look forward to every game cause he is fun to watch.

I agree 100%!

That being said, the fire that Diaz showed in the ninth felt different than any other comeback or win for that matter. I could be totally wrong, and only time will tell, but something tells me that that ninth inning alone may have sparked something in these guys. Im looking for a push moving forward, hopefully it's not off a cliff!

Yeah no kidding. There are games here and there when the team looks really good when everything is clicking and they all appear to have energy. Then there are the dark times when this team looks like a landfill and the players seem to have shown he white flag. Just a sign of a mediocre team. The reliance on the long ball has been an issue too.
