Seattle has had some issues with its offense and most of it has been problems with the line. Our O line at full strength is average at best. Carpenter is terrible, unger hasn't been as good as last year. Breno has been bad.
Hard to call plays when your team isn't creating lanes for your running game and isn't doing a good job of pass protecting. I'm not always happy with his calls either, but how many offensive plays do they have a game? I'd probably complain about maybe 5-10 of them.
Those inside the game don't agree with you and I'll stick with their judgement. For example Holmgren thinks he is doing a fantastic job and even Millen does too. Obviously the staff inside the teams thinks he is doing well.
