It's not that hard to believe really. Their coaching was always an issue and Aaron was always going to be a massive distraction given he has so much power in the organization. It isn't even about him playing awful as much as he just isn't that same guy that can carry the team anymore. His lack of mobility, which was always one of his strengths, is gone and as for the supporting cast, I kinda think a lot of the "talent" is somewhat over-rated. Their roster isn't some great juggernaut people think it is. It's a handful of decent pieces, Aaron's buddies that he brings in like Lazard and then a bunch of average to below average depth pieces. And AR's leadership is non-existent. They still could conceivably get to .500 and be a fringe play-off team but they were never really close to being the contender the media portrayed them to be.It’s hard to believe there so bad with the pieces they have even with Rodgers being old.
