The big miss was losing Bill to Tennessee. The OL is missing him.

But something is missing this year, not just deshaun being ass.
Haven't looked for a while but the TN line was pretty bad the first 3-4 weeks when I looked. Also think our OL has been damn good the last 2 weeks since some guys have been back....but, sure, would prefer Callahan.

Just been getting awful QB play....we saw what happened when it was good last week (well, good and DBs could not catch on Bmore). why I'm not blowing it up as we have the talent to compete with a decent QB. How we get one? No clue.

Realize a terrible decision, but when they take into account they have been pretty good otherwise AND a dozen or so teams tried to make the same decision I think coach and GM get another year at least.

Moving on from either could be a careful what you wish for deal especially if both were to go. Then you'd have Haslam hiring the next guys.
Have to keep the coach imo. Not sure the GM would take the fall.

I think it is what it is.

Dumpster fire at OL for Tennessee.

Skoronski as a 1st rounder has been kind of a bust. 11th overall pick and a subpar Guard. JC Latham could be a dude but transition from college RT to NFL LT probably takes 1-2 years. C and RG both hurt. Starting a backup level player at RT.

It honestly feels like the Titans have the hardest climb of any team in the AFC.

100% need to keep Stefanski. I'd keep Berry, as well....but, sure, could justify it based on Watson deal.

I only knew their stats but seems from what you are saying Callahan has so far had no impact on the TN OL. Didn't like losing him but don't think he'd have made much difference when line was depleted and/or Watson was holding the ball forever.

I honestly think Stefanski & Daboll should & will keep their jobs this year.
Well with Cleveland we have no idea what that front office will do. So I will say Stefanski shouldnt get fired.
Pretty confident Daboll keeps his job.

Neither coach had any say who their starting Qb was gonna be this year. The rest of the team is workable.
Replacing those coaches sends the teams backwards not forwards.

I wouldn't underestimate the stupidity of Tepper...I don't think he understands the NFL and what it actually takes to build a winner

I dont know enough about New York's front office, but I did watch their show.
Sounded like they were committed to Danny Dimes the whole way. Not sure how they can blame a head coach for that.

I'm talking about Carolina. I think Daboll is a good coach being held back by crap front office

why would you want him fired? I'm all for him keeping his job!
Maybe we can get a trade here. Siriani to Dallas for a rack of ribs? Yes it's a one sided trade for the Eagles but Dallas will be fine.

agree with pretty much all of this.....but confident in saying Stefanski had a say in the Watson deal.

Dan Quinn was interviewed for the Bears job too.

To be fair, Monday Quarterbacking with hindsight is also low hanging fruit

Yeah a lot of coaches would have gotten shit-canned from that Bears OC.

People were playing a twisted version of fantasy football combined with Madden with their offense and thinking it was "completed" even though it is literally 3 or 4 starters away from that point.

Their OL is too poor to have success with a rookie QB who is clearly struggling with certain aspects of the pro game. These type of struggles SHOULD have been expected.

PFF did have the Bears tackles ranked #31 overall and #32 overall coming into the season. I think there was some obfuscation with the OL talent based on the idea that Justin Fields kinda sucked.

I'm looking at their depth chart right now and seeing three OTs injured and their starting LG injured. This isn't 'we should have seen this coming' so much as they're just totally gutted.

I will say that there were a lot of people that thought Caleb Williams would need a year. They were right.
