yeah, this seems kinda ridiculous. The storms weren't even that bad in NYC either, the nastier stuff was more confined to the south of the city. I thought they were premature in calling the Mets game on Monday as well

can't judge a signing based on the first 25-30 games. A lot of season to go of course, but I feel pretty confident in him going forward. I expect him to be fairly streaky.

Still need Verdugo and Kike to get going.

That’d be news to me since the only Mountcastle we have is Ryan (that I’m aware of) and he’s been on the main roster for a few seasons. Whomever said that or is running the ticker that said that needs to have a good talking to for that stupidity.

I saw the interview of him saying Donaldson called him that and was completely confused as to why JD would say that if true. Didnt even seem like a logical remark at all, now it makes sense.

Also, did it happen at a different point in the game? Cause the bases clearly incident video I saw while Anderson of course was trying to look like a tough guy, he was never anywhere near JD. It was all JD and Grandal.

Anderson is one of those players who loves to hear himself talk. Hes fucking annoying.

JD cant definitely be a firey douche. But in way more of a competitive way that kinda funny. Anderson just loves to whine.

Since JD has been brought up. Almost two months into the season. How are yanks fans feeling about the big trade?

Sanchez is currently on one of his benders of being an elite hitting catcher. But really all year Ive enjoyed him. Early on he had some bad luck hitting with the balls(or whatever is causing homer droughts) taking away a few balls that looked gone and turned to out. Overall solid ABs. No idea what the defensive stats say but he has not looked like a major liability when he has caught. Hes mashing doubles and now getting some tanks to leave the yard. Much needed DH/hitting catcher platoon.

Urshela has been blahhhhhhh. Overall still a really good defender. But hes had a lot of "tough plays" where he hasnt made them and its turned into runs for the other team. I can only hear "Thats a tough play but still one Urshela would say he makes 9/10 times" so many times. And his bat has been yuck for most of the year. Not hitting for power but also being slow as shit and routine DP balls on the regular is a major liability.

Still imo a trade that benefits both teams. Overall please with losing the contract of JD and getting two MLB guys. But Royce will hopefully take some Ursehla PT soon.
