Bellinger and Snell are the most recent examples. Both should have signed long term deals, but Boras's ridiculous asks made them accept one and two year deals while Spring training was underway

And, Montgomery just fired him for fucking up last winter... He should be enjoying a long term deal after his fine 2023.

Instead he'll be lucky to get a two year deal this winter....

Today, the Yankees added INF Caleb Durbin and C Jesús Rodríguez to the 40-man roster. Additionally, the Yankees received RHP Carson Coleman as a Rule 5 Draft return from Texas.


Durbin was the all-AFL 3rd baseman, but Yankees plan to give him a chance to win the 2b job this spring.
