I have never heard of someone intentionally plunking a player with a 76 mph breaking ball.
You always throw a fastball when you want to hit someone.

The referees and baseball are making this feud far worse with seemingly indiffrence to the actual game.
Sale can groove a 95mph fastball and stay in the game, but a breaking ball gets you tossed.

This is just getting silly now. And MLB is making fools of themselves.

It is what it is. Should get Tillman back this weekend, which will probably push Jimenez to the bullpen.
Bundy and Miley have been solid, but Gausman and Jimenez have completely offset their effort.

But, other than being 3rd in the amount of walks issued and 25th in K's, the staff has actually been pretty average.

t10th- Quality Starts
13th fewest ER
3rd most BB
25th fewest K
9th highest in BA
